    Default Pedicab mutants invade Denver

Monday night, at midnight, Downtown near 17th and Welton. Fucking pedicabs all over the place. Over a dozen zip by in under 10 minutes. I see two riding on the sidewalk, three blow right through a red light, one riding the wrong way on a one way street, and another wobbling all over the street like he is DUI. Nearly all have passengers too. Do these pothead fuckwits need any sort of license to operate in Denver, or can any highschool dropout just buy a pedicab off craigslist and go into business?

Pretty sure they need a license...... but you jump thru a hoop 100000000000 times harder when you buy a gun at a gun show . ( I think they just need like a 10 buck biz lic. )

Are they required to carry liability insurance? I ask because they are a liability. The one riding the wrong way on Welton with no lights nearly hit my car . . . and he had passengers.

Thanks for the info. I wonder how often DPD tickets them? Or if it is possible to have a pedicab licensed revoked? Wrong way guy did that right in front of a DPD car, who seemed to have no interest in ticketing either him or the other guy riding towards him on the sidewalk. In the 10 minutes I was there, Denver probably could've racked up over a grand in fines and impounded several pedicabs.
