Wow... custom eh? Precision and lethality? Shouldn't precision be the standard for all custom built weapons. I agree with Gabe here, there's a separate box you can check for operator level parts? Hmmm, I spend 1/3 of my Army career around arms rooms and arms familiarization and I didn't know there was a regular and operator issued parts kit, USASOC just has access to "non-issued" weapons, not "Operator Level." Tool...
