Considering the dilemma you're faced with. Maybe order from a different restaurant next time or suck it up and give the pizza guy an extra $2 dollars.

I have NO PROBLEM paying for good service. When my water glass stays full and my plate tastes good I tip over 20% plain and simple... Rule 1 You don't piss off the people who handle your food. A tiny crack blemish in my paint would cost way more then 3 bucks which makes your whole post crazy. I shouldn't have to GIVE to the less fortunate because I ordered a pizza.
