    Can't he send it to you directly since you own the gun? In the past I've always had gunsmiths return firearms directly to me.

    Awesome I didn't know that. I figured anytime a gun goes into the mail it HAS to go to an FFL. I just don't want any issues with the law which is why I wanted to go through an FFL originally.

    Do not Quote me on this as I am not a gun smith nor do I have the ATF regs in front of me, but as a manufacture; if you send your defective firearm to me for repair I can send it right back to you without the use of your local FFL. I believe it is the same for the gun smith, call him and ask him.,,,,,,
