In the 1770's there was no mass medium for communication like today- they didn't chest thump, no they conspired in homes to expel the tyranny. The Brits knew their rule was unpopular. The real question is, does D.C. know how unpopular this idea is? If not, they need a wake up call, that violations of the constitution won't stand. It's not about chest thumping, or being homicidal, it's about looking out for the rights of those who do not realize (by ignorance or naivete) the domino effect that could happen if cretins like Feinstein and Bloomberg get their way. The ultimate goal is no loss of life, no violence, no action, but instead, a stark reminder that what they propose is flat out WRONG. Ideally we'd just toss people like Feinstein in prison for the rest of her rotten life... but I don't see that happening. How do you charge one with treason when it's not crystal clear to John Q. Everyman?

ETA: You all are nails standing up to get whacked... The second you bought a gun you became an enemy to the likes of Feinstein and Bloomberg, the only way to remove yourself from that title is to sell your guns and toe the line they want you to.
