There were always some Sturgeon guys, at the plant I worked at, pretty regularly. I never heard any grumbling. It's been eight years since that job.

Had two friends that were union electric under them. Not so good experiences but that has a lot to do with being laid off. Job security... not great.

As long as there contracts to be had and the union companies can keep their pencils sharp enough to get the contracts, the union halls can keep workers off the books and working.

I was installing Granite flooring in a Kitchen, Pantry and Laundry room.
Locked out the electric.
I hit that 220v with a wet sponge....

3 hours later I woke up in the ER.
