I snicker when people start talking about some guns should be banned and bring up rocket launchers. Rocket launchers are always used as the "too far" example beyond machineguns that nobody should have. If I'm not mistaken, as an individual I could design a rocket launcher and explosive ammunition, pay my taxes (per round) and build one. All perfectly legal. I cannot do that with a machinegun.
