    After thinking about all the ways this could possibly go wrong I'm canceling my "house" event and looking for a public venue that is kid friendly.

    And did you ask the site owner to use the CO-AR15 name for your get together ?
    Maybe a PM or Email is advisable..

    If a member on here is offering to host other members for a get together what is the issue? I did not see him saying he is hosting some official CO AR-15 event. Do I need to ask permission to meet up with a member to have a beer?

    So is this a go or on hold? How many people were you thinking in attendance, also what issues might there be, you have concerns about?
