grenades are NFA items, destructive devces. going to assume a pipe bomb would fit that as well. I suppose the charge could be an unregistered firearm under NFA but it doesn't fit the definition of a firearm.

I had the same thought. Dude is making pipe bombs and yet the only charge that is listed has to do with having an unregistered firearm. Makes ya wonder.

At least since the early 1990s, maybe earlier. This could also include glass bottles filled with petrol and homemade fireworks as it covers "incendiary devices" as well.
