    I'm about sick of Peirs and his rapid fire don't let you answer or reply to his questions / statements...

    he'll ask a question then before the other party has a chance to reply pounds on 2-3 bullshit statements that are not even part of his question .

    I could never be in the same room as that prick with out reaching out and slapping him in the back of the head while saying STFU .

    +1, I prefer HONESTY with these guys, not blowing hot air.

    What else did he say about Morgan? Was it in a TopGear episode or some interview? I missed it.

    The part where Clarkson said they don't want Piers back he posted on his Facebook page. I haven't seen the rest of what he's said about Piers.

    "The revolution will not be televised... Instead it will be filmed from multiple angles via cell phone cameras, promptly uploaded to YouTube, Tweeted about, and then shared on Facebook, pending a Wi-Fi connection."

    If you noticed the polls (for support of stricter laws) fell from 4-9 points in a month. Maybe as more facts "come out" people are seeing that these new restrictions will do nothing to curtail the problem and only infringe on law-abiding citizens.

    That's why the left wants to act as rapidly as possible. They want to capitalize on the emotion and fear. They have no facts to justify their agenda.

    While I generally agree, Polls as evidence are about as good as a screen door on a submarine. They're only as good as what they are made of. When they say such and such number of Americans are for this or that it's completely subject to whom they decide to poll. They could poll in the center of DC, or NYC, or San Francisco and get their number on that stuff, and I can conduct the exact same poll in rural TX, ID, MT, CO, UT, ect and get numbers completely different.

    I'm sure this is 100% obvious to everyone here, but I was just about screaming at the screen for Ted to throw that right back in his face, or at least ask "Who are you polling specifically?"

    Fortunately, Piers Morgan won't be on the air much longer. This is what he's stooped to as a device to get his ratings out of the toilet. It isn't working.

    Polls can be written in a way to elicit a desired outcome. National feelings or opinions don't nullify the Constitution. If so much of the country is in favor of changing the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution, Article V spells out the process;

    The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article*; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.
    If it's such an overwhelming majority that want the law changed, it should be easy to find 38 states willing to make the change.
