The Gander Mountain ad dept told me this morning that they time the delivery of their flyers to show up in your mailbox they day the sale starts, but maybe they would review the policy in light of the facts of the current reality.(guess all the rest of America's retailers have their heads up their asses because they make sure you receive ample notice of their sales and promotions) So don't hang it around the neck of USPS. They quite capable of generating their own fails.
