They don't care. They'll throw anybody that they feel like in the slammer. When the convention is over you'll get the, "Oops. Our bad. An honest mistake, we're just trying to be careful."

Hmmm. Sounds a lot like what China did to people during the Olympics that might have embarassed the communist government.
