    mmmm Why would you want to bury your guns ?? That kinda makes them useless.JMHO

    Not if they are somewhere you plan to have to go someday. A couple of years ago $120 would have put an SKS in cosmo, some stripper clips and 500 rds of ammo in the ground.

    OK, in reality burying something is a recipe for disaster with inevitable decay and brutal natural occurring things in CO will screw you (like rocks moving)... If serious, I'd highly recommend checking out the long-term storage caves in MO.

    In California, I think you have to bury the guns and ammo in separate containers . . .

    I've actually read an article about a guy who buried some go to guns and ammo outside of Las Vegas. He had a job transfer or something like that and when he returned to get his cache the entire area had been devoloped into a sub division of homes and apparently there was no way he was ever going to locate them and get them back. True or false it's food for thought !

    so i may be the only one thats paranoid. just thinking of nice things like martial law. im in denver so its more likely to happen there than the rest of the state. if they ever did raid houses i like to have some backups that they didnt get. am i the only one thinking this?
