Is there a age limit for purchasing magazines? Putting my 5 year olds name on a reciept may be null and void if there is a age limit on purchase.

I don't believe there are any restrictions for who can purchase them currently.

It would piss me off to even have to SHOW an ID for buying an inanimate piece of metal or plastic...

That's why everyone is saying they'll transfer them BEFORE the law goes into effect.
