    Default good reading

    http://www.faithfreedom.org/obama.html

at least provides some insight... he fits the profile, which means he won't have a clue how to do the job, he's just after the power...

so perhaps he's just a figurehead puppet for powers of the Dems..

last time we were in a position like this (1992), there was sweeping GOP wins in the 1994 election... so there's 2 tactics they could go for:

    1) go as far left as you can in 2 years, and assume you'll lose Senate & Congress control in 2010...

    2) go moderate, hoping to retain control of both houses in 2010...

which one do you think they'll chose?

and it'd never pass, but I'd love to see a rider on his "middle class tax cut" that provides credits those that don't even pay taxes...

if you take the deduction (check the box) on your IRS form... then you are de-registered to vote in the next election...
become dependent on the gov't, and you lose rights to change it...

harkens back to the days of only getting a vote if you're a landowner...

In case Your wondering, I voted for Reagan,,,,

you were/are a good man...but think of all the homeboys who dropped out of school, don't go to school, care less about school that got bussed to the polls in rural/ghetto areas who voted for obama. what about some of the illegals, or green card people who would like to see a socialist .gov

There could easily be provisions...18, signed a draft card, still in school to complete GED/diploma, then you get to vote. very easy fix.
If you won't complete those requirements, you have to wait till 40 to start voting. by that time you will have lived in the country, seen what the effects are on you and should be relatively competent enough to vote with at least some sort of idea, even if it isn't what you and I would agree with.

I am all for people having their own opinion and freedom of speech and the opportunity to vote, but I want to see people who have at least some sort of education, or been in the country long enough to know the effects.

Among other things.....what pisses me off a lot is the fact people are celebrating like this was a football game. None of them know what Obama is all about, even if it helps them. They were merely voting for a black man, or for the fact it wasn't Bush, or the fact Obama led voters to believe McCain was another Bush.

Given the popular vote numbers, i'm led to believe this country still stands a chance. By no means do i want anything to happen to this country, ever, but IF it's going to happen, let it be under Obama. The dust hasn't even settled at ground zero yet and we elected this bastard.

I think all of you are wrong. He will fix the country, bring happiness and love, and even rescind the 1986 ban.
Oh hell did you see that? I need to go catch that and save it. Yep a rainbow just shot out my ass.

Default surprise! they're not all fooled...

    found this on accident...

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e_aIv...eature=related
    and:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yTp_a...eature=related

he was shutdown by:Americans United for Separation of Church and State, who filed a complaint with the Internal Revenue Service objecting to alleged violations of laws granting tax-free status to churches on condition that they refrain from certain forms of political activity...
501(c)(3) organizations are allowed to take a stance on issues, but NOT on canidates, to retain their tax exempt status

what's really amusing, is this preacher is a classic "black racist" normally, but he hasn't been snowed by Obama-
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_David_Manning
but he was fought by Obama's zombies...

instead of using this as evidence to remove race as an issue to his opinion, they tried to shut him down on flawed legal technicalities..

the founding fathers didn't indicate separation of church & state because they were afraid of the church's influence on the church, but the state's influence on the church and state's influence on choice of church..
