Some of these bills only passed by 1-2 votes in the house. Some dems DID swing. We neeed LESS to swing in the senate, and the outrage and impetus against these bills have been building.
No, it's not dead yet. It might be at the end of next week, but it isn't yet. There are definitely 3 possible swing votes. If the outrage "dies down" they may swing back.

Not one Republican in the House voted for this, and their comments in debate were done extremely well. Don't put them in your statement; they are fighting unanimously against it.
