Yesterday was the dems making it look like they are caring and open enough to listen. They didn't hear a word we said. If you noticed, we sent up professionals, experts to testify, what did they send up? Emotional testimony. With nothing based in fact only feelings and heart felt knee jerk reactionaries. We sent up educated people, LEO's with facts and data. They sent up people wgho weren't even from this state. Why or how, could they feel that Giffords should be able to have ANY say in this state and oiur laws? They are all set, they know what they are going to do. It's a done deal. No, we don't just lay down and let them. This will all be accountable either in the elections or law suits.

    Great summary.

Chance? Slim. I think there is a good possibility that Hickenlooper wants to sign 3 or 4 and veto one. There might be one or two defeated in the Senate.

Universal background checks, restraining order firearm forfeiture, and no on-line CCW training are probably locks. The liability bill and the College CCW are the two that I think will be veto'd or fail in the senate. Even the Dems realize how bad those two bills are. HB1224 is the wild card. I think Hick will sign it, but there are 3 to 5 senators who are either on or near the fence. We have 3 days to convince them to side with Colorado instead of Bloomberg.
