I'm going to get a new can. The question is which one. I plan on it going on an 18" dmr build. Should I do a 5.56 can or a .30 cal can?

If so which one? I like the blast shield that gemtech has available... I have 4 AAC cans and I'm thinking of just going with another AAC, because I already have the mounts.

Just wondering what you boys think.
