Default Unsafe Gun Safes Can Be Opened By A Three-Year Old

I'm surprised this hasn't turned up here.

I've always been suspicious of cheap electronics but one example they find here is beyond bad.

When my son was little I had a two pistol safe with a mechanical simplex lock bolted under the bed. The way that you could do a combo of multiple presses made it real hard to work out. It was heavy gauge and tight so there was noting to get a pry bar into. When my son got bigger it went to a friend with little kids, one autistic.

    My Feedback

"When law and morality contradict each other, the citizen has the cruel alternative of either losing his moral sense or losing his respect for the law." -Frederic Bastiat

"I am a conservative. Quite possibly I am on the losing side; often I think so. Yet, out of a curious perversity I had rather lose with Socrates, let us say, than win with Lenin."
― Russell Kirk, Author of The Conservative Mind
