I find it I interesting that a pro 2a site like this gets worried when you say things contained in the 2a or the Constitution.

Much less just discussing what is advised by the founding fathers...

believed that periodic revolution, “at least once every 20 years,” was “a medicine necessary for the sound health of government.”
NOTE: I'm not advocating this or stating we need to do this, just saying what one of our founders thought was needed to maintain liberty. Much like it's been a few million years since a globally changing meteor hit, I don't want it to happen, but we're overdue.
