That last one is pretty cool, though I would think you'd want to never put a coat on that center hook otherwise it would make getting inside more difficult.
I have a hat or two that I'd hang on that center hook. Prevents it from being used and its not so heavy that it can't be opened.
Any time I go to any of your houses I'm going to keep my eyes open for a coat rack.. ;)
