I've always found that what you put into your body and when doesn't have as much of an effect on your weight/health as how you use those calories. You could probably afford to eat an entire chocolate cake a day (with the rest of your diet being reasonably healthy/normal), and as long as you go work out and burn more calories than you take in you'll see results.Quote:
