    You going to require that for people doing emissions testing as well? I don't know about you, but almost every server/bartender I've known was a smoker as well. Don't like working in smoke, work at Perkins.

    True, could be a point made at date of hire.

    My 2 buddies were bar tenders at Fridays but didn't smoke. Half the wait staff and all the managers did though.
    I don't smoke and don't like it so I don't complain but I understand the point you are making and see plenty of connections to this and gun/property rights and freedom of choice by both propery/business owners and their customers.
    All I have in this world is my balls and my word and I don't break em for no one.
