    Nice work Hurley! Ill have to throw in my 405 flat bench the other day and 405x10 deep squats tonight not too bad for a 37 yr old weighing 221 lbs.

    Very nice! I'm quite weak on legs at the moment, been neglecting even tho they are the most important group.

    My knees want to explode just reading that, I say double punch on your card. I'm younger than you but still think of 400+ lb squats as something I used to do once and will NEVER do again hahahaha.

    Mine has some bite marks but also a new punch when I looked into the cats eyes as he was humping the sock and took it away from him

    Not sure, never felt i had to justify if what ever i did was manly or not.
