King Soopers Angus Ribeye (See the butcher) Coarse sea salt and pepper. Grille at 400 degrees 8 minutes on each side. That beats 99% of any steakhouses out there.

Boom! There it is. We just went there for dinner tonight and this place was awesome. We had rattlesnake, rocky mountain oysters, ostrich, bison & Elk. Oldest restaurant in Colorado & and the history is incredible. It's like going to dinner and a museum all at once since they're celebrating their 120th year. The bar was made in Germany in 1837 and shipped over and then brought in by ox cart. The Colorado liquor license is literally #1. This place is great and if you haven't been you must go.

Toni's. We can't afford to buy meat there too often...but when we can it's worth it.

    King soopers has terrible meat
terrible. (may be no better than safeway but i don't happen to shop at safeway)

King soopers meat if it was FREE would not be worth it.
Find a real butcher, they are around and get real meat. worth every penny. (Frank's in Longmont, Wally's in Broomfield, not sure of others)

Safeway has better meat than King Soopers. Costco is better yet (if you can stand the DNC donations). I'll go to the butcher shop for company sometimes but not always.

Cooking at home. First choice is my local butcher, Gormet Meat and Sausage. I bought a side of beef and Im slowly working through that. If i dont want to wait to thaw something, Tonis or Costco.

Wont eat a steak from a grocery store, or worse yet, Walmart where my in laws used to buy steak from.
