I use Tonx. They deliver fresh roasted beans to your door every two weeks. They roast on Sundays and the coffee is usually in my mailbox by Wednesday. They are different beans every time, so you get to try lots of different coffee from all over the world. A little pricey, but worth it in my opinion. I use a burr grinder with an espresso grind and an Aeropress. Delicious coffee. And I drink it black. I made my mom a cup the other day when she was visiting and she has been adding cream and sugar her whole life. I made her drink half of it black then let her add the cream and sugar and she said that ruined it.

They will give you a free trial. It's worth checking out.

Full disclosure: If you use that link and sign up, I do get 1 free shipment of coffee.

Gold Hill Java. 332 N. Tejon. I know the owners, nice people. I like coffee but am not a connoisseur. I think it's good, and they do roast their own.

When in the Springs I go to Colorado Coffee Merchants. 300 block of Filmore. Outstanding cup of coffee. They roast the beans and sell the coffee. If you are local you can purchase a mug and refill with the club. I always stop there if I am going thru the Springs. Not far East of I-25.
