    Yeah, carb junkie here too. Pizza, pasta, lasagna, mac & cheese, mashed potatoes & gravy. spicy chinese noodle dishes, beer.....

    That sounds completely made up. Way too good to be true. As a husky gentleman who loves eating bacon, eggs and cheese, I will definitely be looking into this. I could definitely tolerate leafy greens to shed 100lbs in a year too. Thanks for sharing!

    Nice job! THe fact that you've stayed with it for so long is impressive in itself, let alone the amount you've shredded off. It's not a diet, but a lifestyle change. Keep it up!

    Congrats!! That's a huge accomplishment. and if you add just a little bit of weight training your metabolism will rise and you will loose a lot more even faster than you have. Keep it up!
