Don't know if you saw this thread: http://www.ar-15.co/threads/52194-Je...hlight=Jeepers
"I feel sorry for people who don't drink. When they wake up in the morning, that's as good as they're going to feel all day."
I've got 255/85R16 KM2's on my FJCruiser. I think these are the perfect tires for my truck. They are awesome in the snow, and I got a little bit of lift compared to stock tires. Road noise is a bit less than BFG MT's, but not as quiet as the Coopers I had on a previous Cruiser. I did lose 2MPG or so probably due to rolling resistance and weight.
Someone should buy my Jeep in the trading post so they can come wheeling with us.......shameless plug lol
My buddy and I are going to be heading to the north trailhead of Pierson Park Road and then jumping over to Johnny Park Road after we're done. Should be at the trailhead by 11.
That's a nice DC, Dan! I actually sold my '97 Tacoma a couple weeks ago and picked up a '96 Dodge Cummins. It needs paint and I'm getting wheels and 285's for it probably this week. Talk about a long truck, though; extra cab longbed is close to 23 feet, so I don't believe I'll be doing the same trails in this as in my 4Runner.
Speaking of which, if anyone wants to buy a solid turnkey wheeling rig with 33's, full armor and a selectable rear locker, look for my '86 4Runner in the trading post.
