I hit 264.9 this morning and promptly broke the fast with a nibble of bacon and followed that up with a juice. To be honest, the bacon tasted like ass. I'm ready for a salad for lunch.

Starting weight - 262.x
Today's weight - 247.8
It gets a lot easier. The hardest part was golfing Friday with coworkers and everyone having a drink with food. Cooked my son some noodles and had a sip of the broth. Man was that sodium awesome, but didn't cave in. Wife is being her juice also but has to moderate because she is still nursing.

Any thoughts on splenda? (Or any of the newer no calorie sweeteners, no "pink" or "blue" ones) As far as have you tried all this and still used the splenda and had trouble losing, or mid diet cut the splenda and suddenly saw an increase in loss?
News recently was talking about why diet soda may even be bad. (I don't drink soda). But the reasons could mean I'm not helping myself with splenda in my coffee/oatmeal. Right now 6ft1 and hovering 180-185 on my current diet which is fairly sparse and pretty good but for usually fast food 1x/week. I'd like to get back down to 175 on just diet alone. (Looking at trying the gym that is pretty close to my new place, I don't need to lose a ton of weight, but on other hand I need to get some strength training in.)
Personally I'm just trying to avoid all sweeteners.

Average weight loss per day - 2.23lbs
Weight loss from yesterday - 1 lb
At noon today it will be 1 week since i've had solid food, and that was a turkey salad from Four Leaf. I cannot believe i've lasted this long! I have to pat myself on my back, i also quit soda at the same time... so w00t!
It has not been easy!
