There's a Twin Peaks there. Pretty easy to spot. I recommend somewhere near that. Even though I won't be making it this trip.

Good idea Ray, smaller parking lot, easier to spot.

    Twin Peaks, make it 11:15.

Well, another great day in the hills. Kept it relatively easy, did a quick run up to Loch Lommond, then shot up 119 and did West Magnolia from the Rollinsville side, found this nasty little offshoot along 105, of course I had to run it. Stay tuned for pics.

Thought you were running a group to EMpire Loop?

West Magnolia doesnt look as bad as Ah Pook made it out to be????

See any clear cut areas in there?

Loch Lomand looks wet and cold. Glad we called it quits for camping, Still would have been raining.

We were going to, but I ended up solo, wanted to keep it more mild.

There were clear cuts towards the end, with quite a few hippies "residing" in the area.

Well that sucks no one joined you.

That nasty part of West Magnolia has been there forever, looks a little more dug out as usually.

So was it raining up there the entire day?

Those Hippies have been up in West magnolia for awhile. You spot the old Yellow School Bus? Someone was living in it the last Time I was up there.

Yeah stuff happens, it's all good we will get a good size group together at some point, it will be epic! Lol

The nasty part was definitely rear locker minimum, or major suspension. Obviously I don't have much suspension lol.

It was only raining when we first got to Loch Lommond, then it all cleared out and was nice. That last LL pic was after it cleared out.

I missed the school bus, but there was a VW bug, a junker van, and a pos pickup that all appeared to be being lived out of. I guess I'd rather be homeless in the mountains than in downtown Denver.
