The Titan should be a beast. It is supposed to get a 5.0 litre Cummins V-8 turbo diesel making over 500 ft. lbs. of torque and 300 horsepower.

I had heard a couple of years ago Toyota was going to put some sort of diesel in their Tundra but it just never happened.

I would love a smaller truck with a four cylinder turbo diesel. In fact, after I hit the lottery, one of my projects was going to put a VW turbo diesel out of one of their cars into an older Toyota truck.

This would be a WIN! I wanted to put a small Cummins in my Cherokee, but it was cost prohibitive.

An 84 or 85 Toyota with a small diesel would be bad ass.

    Agreed.

On a related note, there is a video of a Jeep on YouTube that someone put a Ford powerstroke in.

Yes. It is a spot at the bottom of that trail. Wasn't really very muddy. It was way muddy last year. The first guy in our group drove into it and the front of his machine just nose dived and half disappeared. This year it was maybe a foot deep or so and didn't cover near as much area.

This spot was probably twice as deep last year. No way my buddy could have made it through the mud and come out this way like he did.

Would love to join but my Jeep is currently leaking transfer case fluid from the rear drive shaft seal. Kinda lame considering it's a brand new one from Rocky Mountain Driveline that I had built about 6 months ago. Rig has like 3k road miles only since throwing on the shaft. Once I get that squared away I'll be down to go play. For now I'm just terrorizing downtown and the burbs on my supermoto!

Sounds like a plan, just keep us posted! I'd really like to do some snow bashing this winter, but that definitely requires more than one rig.

Another successful run checked off the list. Did middle St. Vrain today. This was a fun run with some fairly technical obstacles. I will admit, I came in contact with skids a couple times. Stay tuned for pics.
