The Gearslinger Sitka S-type. I've been looking at them for a while, the 30% off they offered today twisted my arm. We'll see how it is sometime next week when it gets here.

I rock a Sitka as an EDC/GHB. There's no way that I could bug out with it though.

Never have never will. I always knew it wouldn't be too long and some asshat would think if opening at midnight then why not open earlier in the evening on Thanksgiving and so that decision just adds to the distruction of our culture IMHO. My employer extended our already stupid Thanksgiving hours. Black Friday will eventually become meaningless because the retailers will just open all day Thanksgiving. Probably lead to open 24 hours Thu and Fri. On Wed I did not have one customer picking up RX's that thought retailers should be open on Thanksgiving. Just an unscientific poll and my customers are older.

I agree 100% with you, everything has changed as far as holidays go. I remember being a kid at Halloween and hitting every house in the neighborhood. Now I take my boys out and were lucky to find two houses in a row with their lights on. Thank after that, you turn on the TV and Christmas commercials were already on, two days after Halloween the malls had Christmas music playing. Everything is going away, even the Holidays. Its insane.

Yea I misspoke, it'll be more of a EDC, bag just loaded up with shit I could always use, and I'll pretty much keep it handy all the time.
