Anyone watch Xmas special. Can't say I was impressed and frankly not looking forward to new Dr.

It was rubbish. It was ,along with the last 3 episodes, like listening to a kid with ADD reading a choose your own adventure book. That said, I'm looking forward to Capaldi being the new doctor. I'm not looking forward to Moffat continuing to run the show.Originally Posted by Rooskibar03

It was interesting and cleared up the 10th doctor gap. We'll give it a viewing and see where it goes. The silence / crack in time-dimension was different

Agreed on all counts. I've been patiently waiting for Matt Smith's time to come to an end. I do wish Russel T Davis would come back and run the show though ... keep Moffat as a writer, but not put him in charge (side note, Moffat's writing on Sherlock has been stellar).
