The greatest response to threats delivered via the internet that I've ever seen is Ann Barnhardt's ... she made a video critical of Islam and has since received many death threats from "muzloids" around the world. She would give them flight numbers to fly into DIA and then driving directions to her front door and taunt them into showing up and killing her because she knew that anyone that was going to threaten her via the internet was a feckless coward and would never follow through with it (and if they did, they'd end up having to face down her with a pink, Hello Kitty AR15).
