    have you tried the Inova?

INOVA T1TMB-HB Tri Mode LED Flashlight

211 lumens tri mode, I have one mounted on my mossy 12ga, i live on four acres and this thing will light up my whole yard. the push button is on the rear making it right at the end ofmy thumb on the 12 ga, no remote necessary, press it with the thumb without moving my hand at all, perfect position, plenty bright, low beam high beam and a strobe function.

fits nicely in the olight 1 inch mount

Ordered a LD10. Mostly because I want a good flashlight (most of you have carried yours for years and years and that is good enough for me) that does not use an obscure battery.
Ugh :-( Just got tracking info on my purchase... Coming from Singapore... I hope it is not a knockoff. Anyone know how I can tell when I get it?

EDIT: I'll just check the Serial number on the website:

Default Thoughts on Fenix tactical lights?

I've heard a few good things about these lights recently from a few people and wanted to see what everyone here thought of the Fenix flashlights? Specifically I'm looking at the PD35 (I can get them for about $50) and figure it'd be a good light for the car, etc.

Anybody have one of these and recommend them?

    Pros/cons?

    Thanks :-)

Edit: Oh, also, if anyone in NoCo wants one let me know, I'll add it to my order (my cost plus a couple bucks to cover taxes)

Dont have the PD35, but I have several and LOVE them. I'm a huge fan after owning a few.

I have 2x TK15s, and one E12. Love them all.

There is a thread around here somewhere, with several of us praising Fenix lights. Love my LD10, likely won't own another brand for the price/quality. Don't have any input on the specific model you speak of tho.

I carry a PD22 everyday. Have carried it little over a year now. Great light, love it. Only down fall is the pocket clip disappeared, it just clips on.

My buddy uses their headlamp. I will be picking one of them up before backpacking season kicks in.

    Great lights in my opinion!

I've had my LD10 for close to 3 years now. It is amazing, worth the price and I've used it nearly every day for more than just a few minutes (engineering work around telescopes during the day in a dark enclosure and at night requires light).

It is starting to get to the point where it is finicky with the batteries I use in it. Sometimes it doesn't turn on and it takes multiple clicks. I don't know if it is the switch that needs replacing (it comes with a replacement rubber switch) or if the circuit is truly dying. Either way, I plan to replace it with either another LD10 or something with more lumens, although I love the LD10 because it uses AA batteries and I am supplied with AA batteries at work for flashlights.

Well if it holds up for 3 years with daily use of more than a couple seconds I am sold. I also heard that replacement parts are also semi easy to come by.
