You could always make a fake plate of an FBI most wanted, slap on your Prius, and slowly drive back and forth to see what happens. Then you might actually know.

Could even do it legally in places that don't require a front plate. Might have to go by in reverse though

There are traffic cameras all over the place. Those bother me more than this temporary rig.

According to the government those don't save data. Ya Right.


My question on those is.... Why use a CAMERA instead of SENSORS if you are just detecting the presence of a car to control the traffic light. Seems like overkill. Why install a camera if you are not going to use the CAMERA for what a CAMERA is for?

I need to develop an app attached to my phone that runs off gps data, Bluetooth to my truck that sends a signal to my to be developed license plate flippers. Then at every intersection, e470 pay point. Red light camera, etc the plates will automatically flip and I'll avoid the man, the tolls and the tickets!
