Replaced. The chrome grille had 2 broke tabs that stemmed from the ass hat who backed into the truck, which started the whole bumper replacement.
Fortunately, the Insurance paid me out for a OEM Chrome Grille, and I was able to pick up the black one, plus the black bowtie for far cheaper.
How cost effective is plastidip, and how durable? My next step is the rear bumper, that's the last bit of chrome on the truck.
Replacing it with an aftermarket one to match the front is an option, but it is a pain in the ass with all the backup sensors and what not.
My thought process is to have someone pull the stock bumper off and powder coat it black.

Funny enough I got a letter from some 'Mediation' company/guy -- got my name from DCSO. Seems my neighbor wants to 'talk' at some mediation meeting. Why he just doesn't come the eff over and talk to me is epitome of what is wrong with the world today.
