Have you seen the commercials from that law firm doing a class action suit against a mesh manufacturing company ?
You may want to research that first.
My T.P. wheeling and dealing feedback is here.

Opinions are like assholes, everybody has one, and it stinks more than mine.

I'd really press your doctor for as much info as possible with the pro's & con's, the major what-if's, the recovery scenarios for the different treatment methods, as well as the overall cost estimates. Sorry you have to have this done, I've a few friends who have had hernia surgeries, and while I can't remember the specifics, I know it wasn't fun for them or simple. Good luck.

If that is his attitude, find another surgeon. He should be open to as many stupid questions as you want to ask, if not run!

The doctor or surgeon should tell you everything that is going on, and at the end of his talk, you should not have any questions - meaning he has answered everything you could question.
Sometimes people trip and fall down stairs.
Sometimes assholes push people down stairs.
That doesn't mean "stairs are bad" nor does it make someone who pushes someone down the stairs any less of an asshole.

had two, on two different occasions a few years apart.....its been upwards of 30 years or so, so I don't remember specifics and they've likely gotten better at it, but I seem to recall being down for a few days, maybe a week....
