From another comment (Facebook?) that mentioned a tight mag well I checked my two billet lowers last night. Mags scrape all the way in. No mag will ever freely drop from them

That is how mine operates as well. Some mags won't even fully seat. My billet lower is more of a trinket than an operational piece.

No problems with my forged lower as far as the mag well. It was supposed to be billet, but I opted to go with forged as that option was available sooner.

Gentleman, if this has not already been corrected for you, please e-mail me at Sam@shdwops.com and I will get the process started to fix this for you. This was, unfortunately, due to some sabotage efforts by our previous machinist/minority owner when he left. I will fix this or replace it free of charge for you and deliver you a fully functional and properly spec'd lower receiver.
