I pick up my kids after school, and lets say this happens to me. ( I have a CCW) I'm in my car and this idiot starts shootin. Can I get out of my car and put a cap in his skull. Or am I going away for a long time, because I will kill the Mother Fker.

Necessity legal defense based on self-defense... Would be virtually impossible to put 12 together to convict. Wouldn't be worth the DA's time.
