Hell, I've heard of cops shooting the ceiling at the range on their first go on full auto.

I'm of mixed opinion on just how upset I am that this range employee was killed as a result of his obvious negligence.
I am very upset that a young girl is traumatized as a result of this f'up.

I would make my usual comment about the need for vetting instructors and making sure they are competent and experienced in whatever they are teaching or demonstrating but I think it falls on deaf ears anyways. Wallets control people's thoughts these days and safety gets thrown right out the window for a few bucks saved. Hopefully that little girl gets through this event OK.
