    Wow. $31 and some change. THAT'S really worth all that mess. What a crock. Another case of bureaucracy gone wild. I can see him getting fined; but only as much as the dang thing cost!

    Costs:

    Booking, Uniform, food (possibly) manpower to send said processing, transportation, ,,,, Yeah it was worht it.
