    Probably Hexmag's next step, if they really take off. They already have multi-colored followers and floor plate indicators.

    As a complete aside, black plastic/polymer is considerably more durable long-term when it comes to UV issues. When I still had a place in Florida we would only use black dock buckets for boats & such as the white ones fell apart in short order (UV would penetrate the lighter color but not black which stopped at the surface). I don't know if this applies to pmags but in many other applications, UV tears apart lighter colors but black seems to last...

    I don't remember if it was because of UV, but Seth at Bear told me it was because the colored ones were weaker.
