Voice: (304) 616-4500 NFA branch You need the serial # of the item in question, name on trust if it was done that way etc. IF there was an approval someone somewhere has a problem, besides you. IF there was never a submittal, it sounds like there's a line of people ahead of you. Paid by CC good, Postal M/order maybe. However the postal inspector's dept is about useless when it comes to recouping money.
IF it was me, after making those calls, I'd go to that other business and walk along the sidewalk, with a sign holding them accountable too. They had / have accountability in this from day 1.

What a mess. Hope you guys that still have items owed to them get it sorted out. Have a feeling it is not going to be easy or pleasant.
