What I see in this can is that the same parts hold the baffles in place, everything else, like GK says, is an accessory to the unit.

I was referring to home brew cans. I'm not sure if a F1 suppressor can really have such features. ATF likes to treat things like extra end caps as unregistered silencer parts when it comes to us little people who don't pay the SOT. Commercial cans are judged using a different rule book.
