Well, the last of my pot smoke wafted east about 15 years ago, so I feel no guilt.

The smell of "burning" pot is an enforcement issue. The law is that you can smoke in your home. Not on the sidewalk if front of your house or while walking down the street. Certainly not while driving.

Grow facilities are another issue. I'm sure the government will come up with some stink tax eventually. Won't eliminate the smell, just raise money for more bullshit programs.

+1...my boss has been particularly cranky as of late...

Sorry, I didn't clarify, marijuana use is harmful, not just smelling it... so far as we know...

I drive all over the state, all day long, about every day, and I don't know if I've ever smelled pot. I've smelled it walking by dispensaries or grow facilities, but I'm talking about walking on the sidewalk immediately in front of the place.

The thong about the law change is that now any time there is a suspicious smell, people just assume it's weed. Neighbor across the street grows weed and I've never once smelled it. BUT anytime there is a skunk, my other neighbors always say, "Smell that? It's that weed from down the street!" When it is very obviously a skunk.
