I'm no fan of hers, but when the hell did she go around killing babies? You would think that would be bigger news than an email server.

No, you wouldn't think it would be news. Humans have reached a sizable enough population they don't see the need to continue to "be fruitful and multiply".
However just because there are 7 Billion humans on the planet doesn't turn off all reproductive activity it in fact increases it and when a man and a woman do the horizontal dance and a baby is made about,1/3 are killed before natural birth with the implicit approval of the world's population, including movers and shakers like ole Hillary Clinton.
