Damn, if this place was up here I'd toss out the clippers and go there!

I lost more money in less time at supercuts than a slot machine in vegas. So, yep, if I'm going to pay 15$+ I'd like to get something for my money.

I was out the same amount of time - waiting in a virtual line of other customers or a scheduled appointment for decent service. I'm not going for the purpose of having someone to talk to, typically that doesn't happen much at roosters. Cut, hot towel, shampoo, neck shave, etc. Makes it more enjoyable. (for me anyways) Good looking staff, free drink. +1

Roosters has military and public service discounts too, everyone should consider.

I need to look reasonable for work, after retiring, I'll probably just start using the wahl.

You got exactly what you paid for, and if you didn't ( I.e. Didn't like the cut) you should have said something and gotten a refund. You pay more at Roosters because you receive extra "attention", but to say you lost money at supercuts is ridiculous. You paid the price of a haircut and you got a haircut, end of story.
