No, if its a skunk then grenades are the answer.
I advise looking up remedies for getting skunk chemical weapons off dogs immediately.

We had skunks at the house I grew up at. DOW brought us a bottle of something to euthanize them with. We caught 17 one summer.
10 foot 1/2" conduit, 10 foot 3/8" dowel, duct tape, syringe and a bottle of stuff form the vet to euthanize them.
Set a live trap with cat food. When trapped, their tail can't go up so they can't really spray you. Use the "10 foot pole" to inject them.
