Make a pot of coffee or tea, set some stew or soup gonig on the stove, put one some light relaxing tunes, then settle back with a good book. Alternatively, instead of tunes and the book, put in some of my favorite classic movies: "Patton", "The Longest Day", "A Bridge Too Far", "Star Trek 2: The Wrath of Khan", "Superman the Movie", etc. If I'm feeling tense then I move from the counch to the hot tub.

I also like to fly RC planes, it is relaxing. Except for the ones that are super fast and very maneuverable.

I either throw up the hammock, find a good book and ignore it all for a while or listen to pissed off music and do something hard, lifting helps.

Don't smoke, vape, or really much drink.

If the garage is warm; I do enjoy a little woodworking on my lathe. If it is not so windy, playing around with the the mini size quad copter is fun. The micro quad copter is fun to fly inside the house just to keep in practice.

With a new vehicle I have, taking it on a small road trip in the mtns is always fun.

Newracer hit me up and we will fly sometime!
I go full stupid on power with everything I build. I'd post pics but it's a PIA from my phone but my last microfly I built was 14.7oz with a power plant that would fly 7-10lb airframes easily Guarantied you not thinking about anything else while your flying it.

I have a 24" flying wing with a brushless system that gives it unlimited vertical. It's crazy fast.
